In 2022, the 5G FWA CPE market experienced vigorous growth in the United States. This year, with continued investments from the three major telecom operators in the United States and the participation of telecom operators in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and emerging markets, the overall CPE shipment performance is expected to continue the growth trend observed in the first half of 2023, according to MIC (Market Intelligence & Consulting Institute).

However, there are still several uncertainties in the 5G FWA market, MIC added. MIC estimates that shipment volume of Taiwan's 5G FWA CPE industry in the first half and second half of 2023 will reach 2.48 million and 3.06 million units, respectively. This represents a growth of 35.5% and 14.6% compared to the same period last year.
